TM30 guest reporting (Thailand)
Foreign guests are listed for reporting at check-in; export the file for the immigration system and mark it as filed within 24 hours.
In Thailand, accommodation must report foreign guests to immigration within 24 hours of check-in (TM30). BaanHost prepares the list and the file for upload.
Switch it on
- Open the community (Communities → pencil icon) and set Country to Thailand.
- Leave Guest registration on and enter the Residence name in the official system: the name of your accommodation as approved in the immigration system.
- Each unit needs a Filing address: edit the unit → Filing address → New address. Hotels and guest houses usually need one address per community; villas one per building.
Every day
- When a stay with a non-Thai guest is checked in, the guest appears on More → Guest registration (also as a card on the Today page), due 24 hours later. Overdue rows turn red.
- Missing details (given name, gender, passport number, nationality) are shown. Tap the row or Complete guest details to fill them in, or scan the passport (see Check-in, passport scan and chip).
- Tap the export button. BaanHost creates an Excel file in the official import format of the immigration system, one file per filing address.
- Upload the file in the immigration system.
- Back in BaanHost, tap ⋮ → Mark as filed, or Filed, attach receipt to attach the immigration receipt (photo or PDF). You can add it later with Upload receipt.
Rows move from To report to Exported, awaiting confirmation and then Filed. Guests who do not need reporting can be set to Not required.
Companions and history
- Every companion on the booking is reported on a separate line. Add companions on the booking (Companions); a companion added after check-in puts the stay back on the list.
- The history icon opens Filing batches: every exported file, with Download file again and the receipts.
