Install the app, tap "Create account", enter your property name and you are in. The 14-day trial starts immediately with every feature unlocked. No card is needed.

Your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, staff can still look everything up, and the moment a plan is activated everything is writable again. Accounts left inactive for a long time are cleared after the retention period stated in the privacy policy.

In the app: More → Subscription. Choose a plan and a billing period (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or yearly) and pay with your Apple ID or Google Play account. One subscription covers the whole organization, every device and every staff member. Subscribe during the trial and the trial days you have left are added after the paid period.

On Amazon Web Services, encrypted in transit, backed up every night. You can export all of your data at any time from More → Privacy & data; delete your account from the round avatar at the top right.

Channel sync is included in every plan and in the trial. First enter or import the bookings you already have, so nothing is sold twice. Then go to More → Channel sync, choose the property type, turn sync on and connect Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda or Expedia yourself: select Channex on the platform and enter your hotel ID (Airbnb: sign in and allow), match your rooms, done. Availability and rates are pushed automatically and bookings arrive by themselves. The Help Center has a step-by-step guide.

Yes. Roles: owner, manager, front desk, staff, housekeeping, accountant and landlord (an owner of specific units who only sees their own). Every change is written to the audit log.

For properties in Thailand, foreign guests are listed for reporting at check-in and the file exports in the immigration bureau's import format. Guests can fill in their passport details themselves on the online check-in page.
