New customers can book one free remote session in which we set up units, rates and channels together with you.

Every new customer can book one free onboarding session. We meet you online and set up your units, rates and channels with you, so you can start taking bookings in BaanHost the same day.

How to book

Email [email protected] and include:

• the name of your property and the email address of your BaanHost account;
• the country and the number of rooms, villas or apartments;
• which channels you sell on (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia…);
• two or three times that suit you, in Bangkok time;
• the language you prefer. We speak Chinese, English, Thai and Ukrainian.

We reply within one working day (09:00–18:00 Bangkok time, Monday to Saturday).

Have this ready

• Your list of rooms with their numbers or names. A spreadsheet is ideal: we can import it.
• Your current prices per night.
• The bookings you already have for the coming months, so they can be imported before the channels are connected.
• Your Airbnb and Booking.com logins: you sign in to them yourself during the session.
