Rates and the rate grid
Set base rates, change prices for any dates, add restrictions such as minimum stay, and use the rate grid in landscape on your phone.
Where the nightly rate comes from
- A unit in a room type uses the room type's Base rate.
- A unit without a room type uses its own Nightly rate.
The rate grid, rate rules and rate plans change this base for specific dates or offers.
Change prices for dates: the rate grid
- Open More → Rate grid and pick the community at the top.
- Rows are room types and units without a room type. Columns are days, 14 at a time. Use ‹ and › to move, or tap the date to jump.
- Tap a cell. Check the Start date and End date: the end date is the first day that is not changed, so to change one night, leave the end date on the next day.
- Enter the Nightly rate and, if needed, Min nights, Max nights, Stop sell, Closed to arrival or Closed to departure. Tap Save.
What the marks in a cell mean: ≥N is the minimum stay, ≤N the maximum stay, A means closed to arrival, D closed to departure. A red cell with the price crossed out means stop sell. The bed icon shows how many units are still free.
On a phone: landscape and the first column
- Tap Landscape view (the rotate icon at the right of the hint line) to see many more days at once. Editing works the same. Tap Exit landscape to go back.
- Room names too long or too short? Drag the right edge of the top-left header cell to make the first column wider or narrower. Double-tap that edge to return to the automatic width. Your phone remembers the width for both portrait and landscape.
Rate rules and weekend rates
- In Units or Room types, tap ⋮ on a row → Rate calendar → Add rate rule.
- Choose the dates and enter the Nightly rate. Leave it empty if you only want to change restrictions.
- Optional: a Weekend rate (Fri/Sat) for Friday and Saturday nights, minimum and maximum stay, stop sell, closed to arrival or departure.
If two rules overlap, the one that starts earlier applies. The bin icon deletes a rule straight away, without asking.
Rate plans
Rate plans are offers based on the base rate, for example "Breakfast +300" or "Non-refundable −10%".
- In Room types or Units, tap ⋮ → Rate plans → Add rate plan.
- Enter the Plan name, set Relative to base as an Amount or Percent (positive adds, negative discounts), and choose the Meal and whether it is Refundable.
Long-stay discount
On the unit form, set Long-stay discount (minimum nights) and Discount %. The discount is used when you tap Quote (the ✨ icon in the rate field) while creating a booking.
